Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage internal administration of the Institute, including finance, human resources, assets, archives management and performance appraisal.

2. Undertake writing work for the Institute, organize and coordinate relevant meetings, and draft meeting minutes and important documents.

3. Coordinate and provide full-process support for training programs and research projects of the Institute to ensure smooth implementation.

4. Perform other tasks assigned by the Institute Director.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above.

2. Excellent Chinese writing skills and proficient verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

3. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, WPS Office, Excel data processing, PPT creation, etc.) and new media operation tools (e.g., WeChat Official Account editor, Xiumi, etc.).

4. At least 4 years of work experience; candidates with a Chinese Language major or secretarial-related work experience are preferred.

5. Good communication and coordination skills, strong professionalism and sense of responsibility. 

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 承擔(dān)研究所文字寫(xiě)作工作,組織、協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)工作會(huì)議,撰寫(xiě)會(huì)議紀(jì)要及重要文件。

3. 統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)研究所培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目與研究項(xiàng)目的全流程支持工作,保障項(xiàng)目順利開(kāi)展。

4. 其它由所長(zhǎng)安排的工作。

崗位要求:

1. 碩士及以上學(xué)歷。

2. 優(yōu)秀的中文寫(xiě)作及中、英文口頭表達(dá)能力。

3. 熟練使用各類(lèi)辦公軟件(如 Microsoft Office、WPS Office、Excel 數(shù)據(jù)處理、PPT 制作等)及新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)工具(如微信公眾號(hào)編輯器、秀米等)。

4. 至少4年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有中文專(zhuān)業(yè)背景或文秘相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。

5. 良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,以及強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任心。
