Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations, management, and promotion of the Chinese Orchestra, Chamber Group, and A Cappella Group.
- Coordinate course rehearsals and activities for the Art Groups; manage group members and student assistants.
- Assist the University Arts Centre in planning and executing major concert events involving Art Groups; coordinate arrangements for other minor performances (including but not limited to government public welfare performances, and invitations from Schools and Colleges).
- Support the daily administrative work of the University Arts Centre, including the organisation and archiving of art groups-related materials.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Arts Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with a strong educational background.
2. Prior experience in instrumental performance or art group operations is preferred.
3. Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning; possesses innovative thinking and strong execution skills; excellent comprehension, communication, and teamwork abilities.
4. Enthusiastic about organising and participating in campus activities; committed to a long-term career in higher education; passionate, patient, and fully understands the nature of the role; able to work overtime and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
5. Excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with strong expression skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Additional skills in image processing, video editing, music production, composition/arrangement, and social media management are highly preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

- 負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)樂(lè)團(tuán)、室內(nèi)樂(lè)團(tuán)、阿卡貝拉團(tuán)的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)、管理與宣傳工作;
- 負(fù)責(zé)藝術(shù)團(tuán)體課程排練與活動(dòng)統(tǒng)籌、團(tuán)員及學(xué)生助理管理相關(guān)事宜;
- 協(xié)助大學(xué)藝術(shù)中心大型音樂(lè)會(huì)類(lèi)演出活動(dòng)藝術(shù)團(tuán)體的統(tǒng)籌與執(zhí)行,協(xié)調(diào)藝術(shù)團(tuán)體非大型演出活動(dòng)安排(包含不限于參與政府公益演出、學(xué)院、書(shū)院邀請(qǐng)演出);
- 配合大學(xué)藝術(shù)中心日常行政工作,負(fù)責(zé)藝術(shù)團(tuán)體資料整理及歸檔;
- 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
崗位要求:
- 藝術(shù)管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),良好的教育背景,本科及以上學(xué)歷;
- 有器樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或樂(lè)團(tuán)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
- 具有自我充實(shí)與自我學(xué)習(xí)的要求,具有創(chuàng)新思維與良好的執(zhí)行能力,具有良好的理解能力、溝通能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;
- 樂(lè)于組織與參加校園活動(dòng),有志于在高校長(zhǎng)期工作,有熱情、有耐心,充分理解工作特性,能適應(yīng)加班,并具備對(duì)突發(fā)事件的冷靜、應(yīng)急處理能力;
- 具有優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力,表達(dá)能力較強(qiáng);
- 能熟練使用Microsoft Office系列辦公類(lèi)軟件,圖片處理、視頻剪輯、音樂(lè)制作、作曲改編、自媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)等專(zhuān)業(yè)技能優(yōu)先。
